Booking Conditions

The booking is only definitive after the following payments:

• the deposit (30% of the total amount) at the time of booking
• the balance of the rental 30 days prior to the arrival date

A security deposit of €1000 is required on the day of arrival and will be refunded after the inventory check.

Cancellation Policy

For any cancellation: the deposit (30% of the total amount) will be retained.
In case of cancellation 45 to 30 days before arrival: the establishment will charge 75% of the total amount of the stay.
In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: the establishment will charge 100% of the total amount of the stay.

General Rental Conditions

• The apartments are available for weekly rental:
  • Saturday to Saturday for: Belem, Penduick, and Manureva
  • Sunday to Sunday for: Boudeuse and Calypso
• Until the end of June and from mid-September, the apartments can be rented weekly or for a minimum of 2 nights.
• The apartment is available from 3 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 AM on the day of departure.
• The residence has a locked garage with 1 parking space per apartment.
• The pool is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and is exclusively reserved for the residence's guests.
• A travel cot (for babies under 2 years old) or an extra bed (for children under 10 years old) can be added, but only in the apartments La Boudeuse, Le Penduick, and Le Calypso.
• Bedding and towels, bathrobes, slippers, and pool towels are provided.
• Cleaning (excluding kitchen) is done daily.
• Towels are changed daily and bed linen is changed mid-stay.
• If any linen is found to be missing after the deposit has been returned, the residence reserves the right to charge the client's credit card €50 for each missing item.
• The apartments are equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine; basic capsules can be purchased at reception (€6 for 10 capsules).
• The residence does not have a lift, pets are not allowed, and the apartments are non-smoking.
